Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

1. Be unused and in its original condition.

2. Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

3. Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Products that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

1. Products damaged due to improper use or handling.

2. Products returned without original packaging or essential accessories.

3. Clearance or final sale items.

4. Gift cards (if applicable).

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

1. Your order number.

2. A description of the issue.

3. Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Sylflare, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
