Sylflare provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for products purchased directly from our official website.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

 

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, if your product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Sylflare will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the product;
  2. Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model; or

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  4. Damage caused by accidents, drops, water exposure (unless specifically designed for such use), fire, or natural disasters.
  5. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
  6. Damage resulting from improper storage or transportation after delivery.
  7. Consumable parts or accessories subject to normal wear, unless defective upon arrival.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  6. Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Warranty Verification

Shipping Costs

If the warranty claim is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Sylflare will cover the reasonable cost of replacement shipping.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Sylflare website.
