SYLFLARE provides tracked international shipping for rechargeable products containing built-in lithium batteries.

 

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, remote-area delivery, incorrect addresses and local carrier delays may extend the delivery time.

Rechargeable Products

Some SYLFLARE products contain built-in lithium batteries and must be shipped through approved battery-compatible services.

Express shipping may not be available for certain products or destinations due to aviation and carrier regulations.

Please do not remove, modify or replace the battery before returning a product.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear. If your tracking has not updated for more than seven business days, please contact us with your order number.

Taxes, VAT and Import Charges

Applicable taxes or VAT collected by SYLFLARE will be displayed at checkout.

Any import duties, customs handling fees or local taxes not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary by destination, and SYLFLARE cannot control charges imposed by local authorities.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within seven business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can request an investigation from the carrier.

A parcel will not be considered lost until the carrier has completed its investigation. Eligible replacements or refunds will be handled according to the investigation result.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the shipping package
  • Photographs or video showing the issue
  • A clear description of the problem

Please retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
